Celebrity Cruise docked in Nassau, Bahamas
In November 2021, I was able to go on an amazing cruise with Celebrity Cruises. We started our five-day journey from Miami, Florida with port stops in Nassau, Bahamas and Cozumel, Mexico. As you may notice, this adventure took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, I was incredibly impressed by the steps Celebrity took to ensure all passenger's safety on board. There were hand-sanitizing stations, masks, hand-washing stations, plenty of space between people on the ship, sanitation protocols, doctors, nurses, and strict CDC guidelines. Plus - we all had to have a negative COVID-19 test and be fully vaccinated prior to boarding the ship. Once onboard, I was able to relax and enjoy the ship to the fullest.
While we were sailing between destinations, I spent time in the Solarium, trying every delicious restaurant, soaking in the hot tubs, enjoying the shows at night, and participating in as many activities as possible. I have to say that I was amazed by the staff and crew onboard the ship - they became a second family to me! Everyone I interacted with on the ship was so polite, interesting, and caring - I even found my own favorite spot on board where the crew knew exactly what I was going to order!
The instructions, information, and things needed for our time in both ports were always given to us the night before so we were prepared to go right away in the morning. I had a fantastic time exploring the ports, taking in the sunshine, and meeting new people.
I would absolutely go on another Celebrity Cruise and hope I will have the chance to again soon! I look forward to helping you with your Celebrity Cruise - whether it's to the Caribbean or Europe. Plus, I know you will be treated as well as I was!
